Culotte Hema Black

Calf-length culottes made from a soft but very stable cotton fabric. The trousers have a slim fit at waist and hips but wide, flared legs.

The black cotton fabric is handmade by Translate, a small Indian fashion label based in Hyderabad, which champions local artisans. Translate’s mission is to revive this traditional craft, in order to create more awareness for beautiful weaving techniques. Finally, Hema is sewn in our workshop in Hyderabad.

Length: Pants Hema is offered in classic and long cut. The long one is 10cm longer than the classic one. Depending on your body size and desired length, you will find the right trousers.
Product sample: The product on the photos is size S, classic
Fit: Wide leg culotte pants with a high, tight waistband. Check your hip and waist measurements. The hems and waistband have extra seam allowances so you can easily make them longer or wider.
Material behavior: We do not use any elastic (plastic) in our fabrics and work with traditionally woven goods, thus the material does not have any elasticity.
