You are not happy with your Jyoti product? The dress or the shirt don’t fit well? No problem!
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving a reason in writing (such as through letter, fax, e-mail) or – if you have received the product before the deadline – also through the return of the product.
The time period begins after receiving this message in writing, but not before the product has reached the recipient (in a recurring delivery of similar goods not before the receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before the fulfilment our information requirements according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB, and our duties according to §312g paragraph 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to keep the revocation period it is enough to send in the revocation, or the product, in a timely manner. The revocation is to be address to:

Then you can send it, together with your Jyoti product, to the address above. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the return costs. We would be very happy to see you use the returns form to give us feedback. We would like to know why you are sending back your order. We use the feedback to improve and further develop Jyoti and our products. This way, we learn from and grown with our project every day – we here in Germany, and the women in India. Please become a part of this, and share your feedback and suggestions with us!
In the case of an effective revocation, the goods and services (e.g. interest) received by either party are to be returned. In case you cannot return the received service and use (e.g. benefits of use), or you can do so only partially or in worse condition, you have to replace the value to us. For the worse condition of the product and the benefits of use, you have to only replace the value insofar as the use, and the worse condition stems from the handling of the thing that goes beyond testing the characteristics and functions. The term “testing the characteristics and functions” means the testing and trying out of the product, as it is possible and common in a shop. Things that can be send back in the post are to be send back, paid by you and under your responsibility. Things that cannot be send by post will be picked up from you. The obligation to refund the costs have to fulfilled within 30 days. This time period begins for you with the sending of your notice of revocation, or with the sending of the product, for us with their receipt.
PayPal: You will get the credit on your PayPal account. You can keep the amount in your PayPal account to pay with it for other things, or put it back into your bank account. This you can decide yourself with PayPal.

The right of revocation does not comprise, among other things, according to §312d paragraph 4 BGB, contracts of the delivery of goods that have been made according to specifications of the client, or that are obviously tailored to individual needs. In a dispute, it is up to the seller to proof that the product was made according to specifications of the client or that they have obviously been tailored to individual needs.
