ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Berlin, Germany
At Jyoti – Fair Works, we believe that fashion can be fair, sustainable, and beautiful. We work with producers who pay fair wages, operate ecologically, and value craftsmanship. For our small but excellent team, we are looking for a creative individual who shares our values and will further expand Jyoti's digital visibility.
Your tasks
- Conception and creation of outfit content for Instagram, TikTok and co. – with a real sense of aesthetics and storytelling in the fair fashion sector
- Editing and sending our newsletter: from topic research and copywriting to success measurement
- Development and implementation of seasonal marketing campaigns that engage our community and inspire new people to embrace sustainable fashion
- Continuous monitoring of the most important platforms: What is the algorithm rewarding right now? Which formats work, which don't?
- Community management and interaction with our target group
- Close collaboration with our team for a consistent brand voice across all channels
What you bring to the table
- Excellent German and English skills – written and spoken
- Sound experience in online marketing, ideally with a focus on fair fashion, sustainable lifestyle brands, or related niches
- You love to stage outfits and know how to present looks authentically and platform-appropriately in images and videos
- Solid technical know-how: SEO basics, email marketing tools (Klaviyo), Instagram & TikTok Ads, analytics
- Up-to-date knowledge of algorithms and trends on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and co. – you know what's working right now
- Independent, structured way of working – you don't need daily guidance, but bring your own ideas
- Enthusiasm for fair fashion, sustainability, and conscious consumption – this is not a nice extra, but an important part of your work

Customer Service and Sales Representative
Your Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting our customers in the store – attentively, honestly, and with enthusiasm for our products
- Assisting with sales and at the checkout
- Presenting and maintaining our collections and the sales floor
- Receiving, pricing, and shelving new merchandise
- Assisting with inventories and general organizational tasks in the store
- Communicating the history, values, and impact of Jyoti – Fair Works to customers
- Helping to create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel comfortable
What you bring
- Good German and English language skills
- Enjoy working with people and a strong sense of service and customer advice
- Ideally, initial experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Interest in sustainable fashion, fair trade, and conscious consumption
- Reliable, independent, and meticulous working style
- Friendly demeanor, team spirit, and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Flexibility in taking on store shifts, including Saturdays

JOIN OUR TEAM IN INDIA
Production & Business Development Coordinator (India)
Location: Karnataka, India (with regular travel)
We are immediately seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial individual to support our production processes in India and simultaneously drive the expansion of our network within India's sustainable fashion industry.
This position combines operational production work with business development and offers a diverse work environment at the intersection of craftsmanship, product development, and sustainable fashion. You will work closely with our tailoring workshops, weaving partners, and our international team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product quality and social impact.
You should feel equally comfortable:
- in workshops and production facilities,
- developing new fabrics together with weavers,
- as well as interacting with potential new customers and partners
Your Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining contacts with potential customers and partners – especially in the field of more sustainable fashion and responsible production in India
- Managing communication, sampling, and production processes for existing and new customers
- Regular visits to our three tailoring workshops in Karnataka
- Close collaboration with the tailors to further develop product quality, craftsmanship, and efficient workflows
- Supporting and guiding the teams in their day-to-day production activities
- Collaboration with our weaving partners and participation in the development of new fabrics and materials
- Coordination of on-site product development processes
- Interface function between local production teams in India and our international team
What you bring to the table
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive work style, and independent work
- Background in fashion design, fashion marketing, textile design, or a comparable field
- Good network within the sustainable fashion scene in India
- In-depth understanding of pattern making, garment manufacturing, and sewing
- Excellent knowledge of Indian textiles and craftsmanship
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel regularly within Karnataka and beyond
- Enjoy working in an international and intercultural environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building long-term relationships
