Our answers
responsibility/sustainability
For us, sustainability is not a trend or an extra, but the norm. That is why we only use natural materials and completely avoid chemical fibers:
Vegetable fibers
- Organic Cotton
- Hemp
- Flax
- Recycled Cotton
- Modal
- Sustainable Viscose from Lenzing: Tencel, Ecovero
Animal fibers from controlled, organic, species-appropriate animal husbandry
- alpaca wool
- peace silk

The fast fashion industry is the world's biggest polluter after the oil industry. We are fed up with that. That's why we attach great importance to production that is as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.
For us, this means continuously working on our production processes together with our partners in Peru and India, constantly reviewing them, optimizing them in terms of their environmental friendliness and never stopping looking for more and more sustainable processes and materials. We also pay attention to short transport routes, environmentally friendly dyeing and energy and water-saving production processes. We also attach great importance to a resource-saving approach in the design process. For example, we align our cuts according to the dimensions of our fabrics and can thus greatly reduce the amount of cutting scraps and sometimes even prevent them completely. If something does happen, we use the offcuts to make small accessories, such as our hairbands, scrunchies or bow ties.
However, the ecological sustainability of a product does not end with its production, but is significantly influenced by the way in which we use the garment. Therefore, the quality and CORRECT CARE of our pieces is very important to us - because only a really long-lasting garment that accompanies you for many years can be sustainable. In addition, wherever possible, we integrate small elements that allow you to adapt the clothing to your body - even if it changes.
And what if you no longer like a Jyoti item of clothing and no longer wear it (like half of all items of clothing in Germany)? We have developed JYOTI-CIRCULAR for these cases. Our contribution to more circularity in the fashion industry. And the best thing: it's super easy for you. If you no longer wear a Jyoti item, you can simply return it to us. We will then refurbish it, repair it if necessary and offer it as a second-hand item in our Berlin concept store . This gives your item of clothing a second life and continues to be used, which significantly reduces its ecological footprint.
No, but...
Although we have decided not to rely on purely vegan resources, the welfare of animals is our top priority. While the majority of our fabrics are vegan, we have been sourcing high-quality alpaca wool from Peru for several years and have some products made from so-called peace silk in our range.
Why? We weighed things up for a long time, but in the end the overwhelming majority of arguments spoke in favor of it:
Wool
- Wool is a very sustainable, extremely durable fiber that requires much less water than cotton
- It is biodegradable and wonderfully recyclable
- Compared to synthetic fibres, which are often used to make warm knitted sweaters but which produce huge amounts of plastic and therefore oil, it is definitely the winner in terms of environmental compatibility.
- We source our alpaca wool exclusively from alpaqueros - small alpaca farmers who live with their animals in the Andes of Peru. The alpacas live freely all year round and are only gently sheared every 2 years under strict animal welfare regulations.
peace silk
- Unlike in conventional silk production, the silkworms are not cooked, but can leave the cocoon unharmed
- Just like wool, peace silk requires very little water to grow and is a very durable fiber
- The value chain is very short and in our case is concentrated on a few neighboring villages
You can find detailed information about all our materials here
We produce exclusively in India and Peru
India:
In India, we run 3 of our own workshops - a feature that sets us apart from the majority of all fair and fast fashion brands. This means that we do not outsource our production to third parties, but take care of everything ourselves - employing our seamstresses through our company, sourcing the materials, setting up the sewing workshops... This means we can design all the processes ourselves and do not have to rely on external producers or certification organizations to ensure compliance with social and environmental standards. A whole lot more work for us, but in return we have 100% transparency and a guarantee of fair and sustainable processes. You can find all the details about our teams in India HERE
Peru:
We have not set up our own workshop in Peru to produce our alpaca knitwear. Instead, all of our pieces are made by NGOs and small family businesses. Our most important partner is the Belgian NGO Solid Crafts, which runs a wonderful knitting workshop in Ayachucho. Solid Crafts' values are absolutely in line with ours and we were able to see for ourselves their work (which we were absolutely thrilled with) by visiting them on site. For more details, be sure to check out HERE .
India:
As a first step, we attach great importance to developing patterns that are perfectly tailored to our fabric widths. This way, we can prevent large quantities of waste material from accumulating before production even begins. But of course we cannot prevent it completely. That is why we have come up with two solutions:
We use the larger pieces to sew our accessories such as scrunchies, tea towels, bow ties or hairbands.
The very small remnants are processed into pillow fillings. These are then used in the boarding schools of our partner organization and provide a particularly soft bed for many children there.
Peru:
Since all of our pieces are knitted with a hand knitting machine or even entirely by hand, there are no leftover yarns.
Here you can find all information about our approach towards circular textile production without waste
We visit our teams in India about once a year (if there is no pandemic) and are in almost daily contact via WhatsApp or telephone the rest of the time.
Since we do not manage production in Peru ourselves and have great trust in our Belgian partner NGO, which is regularly on site, we do not visit Peru very regularly. We were last there in November 2022, but we are already looking forward to our next visit.
ordering process
Please first check whether the payment for your order was successful (i.e. whether the money was debited from your account). If not, simply order again.
If you paid by direct bank transfer, it can, in rare cases, take up to 10 days for the money to reach us. We will ship your order as soon as payment is completed!
Is it possible that you ordered (at least part of your order) on backorder (WHAT IS THAT?) ? If so, you probably already have an email from us in your inbox or will receive one any minute.
If you are still wondering, just contact us at BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG and we will look for a solution together.
In our online shop you can pay with Paypal, credit card or instant bank transfer.
In our Berlin concept store you can pay cash or by card.
As soon as you switch to your shopping cart view after selecting the products, you will find the option to enter your voucher code at the bottom right. The amount will then be deducted from the total (or the discount will be applied if it is a percentage voucher). If your order total is less than your voucher value, the remaining amount will remain as credit and you can use the code again next time. Your voucher code is not case sensitive.
Of course, you can also redeem your voucher in our store.
If you change your mind after completing your order and do not want to receive your product(s), please write an email as soon as possible to BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG . We will then cancel your order manually and refund you the entire amount paid. If we have already shipped your order, simply return the products as described HERE . In this case, unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
As a rule, we do not send a printed invoice in the package, thus saving paper, printer ink and energy, which often ends up in the trash can unnoticed. If you would like to receive an invoice, leave us a short message in the notes field in the last step of the ordering process. We are also happy to send you your invoice by email. For shipments to non-European countries, we always enclose a printed invoice for correct customs clearance.
Order at Avocadostore
Sometimes there are small errors when comparing our stock levels with the Avocadostore, so that products can be ordered that we don't actually have in stock. In such a case, we usually offer our customers the option of ordering the product for them on backorder. Backorder means: You order normally on our homepage, whereupon we immediately forward the order to India and a few weeks later we receive your product from India and immediately forward it to you. Unfortunately, we don't have this option via the Avocadostore, and since we don't receive any contact information from our customers, we can't inform you. So if your order was unexpectedly canceled by us and you would be willing to wait a little for your new Jyoti product, just write us an email to BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG or pre-order directly HERE .
Don't panic, it probably couldn't be delivered, but there's definitely a solution:) Please CONTACT us! This is very important, because when you order via Avocadostore we don't have your contact details and would otherwise be forced to cancel the order. We will then look together for a possible error in the address details or whatever else the problem could be. Once everything has been clarified, we will send you the package again.
In this case, our package probably did not arrive. There can be various reasons for this: an error in the address, you did not receive a notification from DHL or you were away and therefore did not pick up your shipment from the parcel shop, ... Since we at Avocadostore do not receive any contact information from you, we unfortunately cannot write to you in such a case and look for a solution together. Therefore, we are forced to make a refund for your order. Do you still want to order your new Jyoti product? Then simply contact us by E-MAIL and we will look for the source of the error before you place another order.
Unfortunately not, the stock levels in our own online shop, in the Avocadostore and in our concept store in Berlin are all synchronized, which means that if the product is sold out on one platform, it is currently really gone.
BUT... there are still a few loopholes :)
- In our own online shop you have the option of pre-ordering sold-out products. This means: You order as usual on our homepage, whereupon we immediately forward the order to India and a few weeks later your product is sent from India and forwarded to you immediately. Sometimes it is much quicker because the products have already been reordered and we are just waiting for the delivery from India.
- In our Berlin concept store, we offer not only the regular collection pieces but also Jyoti second-hand pieces, prototypes and items of clothing with minor imperfections. We sometimes have quite a lot of these unique pieces, and maybe there is one that is very similar to the product you want (and that no one else will have). So come and have a look!
- If none of that helps, there is also the possibility that one of the retail stores that sell our clothing still has the product in stock. Unfortunately, we don't have any insight into this ourselves, but you could simply call one of the stores near you and ask! You can find an overview of all the stores with Jyoti clothing in different cities and countries HERE .
- Simply repackage the products you want to return in the original box. Treat the products well; you are holding very valuable pieces in your hands that have been the product of a lot of work, even if you don't like them personally. We would be very grateful if the products were returned to us in the same condition as when we sent them to you.
- Fill out the return slip that you received with your order. Don't forget to fill in all the requested information so that we can assign your return and please give us detailed feedback!
- Seal the package well. Use paper tape if possible and use it sparingly - this makes recycling easier for us.
- Send the package back to us. The address is: Jyoti - Fair Works, Oderberger Straße 42, 10435 Berlin.
- To select the right shipping product: Our packages usually weigh less than 1kg, so the smallest package/parcel option is usually sufficient. Please keep your delivery receipt so that we can investigate if a return does not reach us directly.
- The refund will be made via Avocadostore.
Shipment
Shipping costs within Germany are €5.99. For orders over €250, shipping is free and of course collection from our store is also free.
Shipping costs to other countries vary depending on the shipping method and country. You can find an overview of all costs HERE .
Warenpost Premium and Paket International are the two shipping options we offer for international shipments. Due to constantly rising transport costs and different customer needs (especially money vs. time), we have decided to be completely transparent about costs and want to leave the decision up to each of you. Warenpost Premium is the cheaper shipping option, but it takes a little more time. Paket international costs more, but you will have your product in your hands in the next few days. Both options include a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment.
HERE you will find a detailed breakdown of costs and shipping times per delivery region.
We will ship your order no later than 2 working days after we have received your payment. Depending on whether you live in Germany, another European country or outside the EU, shipping may take a little longer. We ship to all countries with DHL. Our experience shows:
- Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 days.
- Delivery to countries within Europe takes 7-14 days as Premium Goods Post, and 2-4 days as International Parcel.
- Delivery to countries outside Europe takes approximately 2-5 weeks as Premium Goods Post (unfortunately we do not have enough experience to give a more precise shipping time), and 10-20 days as International Parcel.
HERE you will find a detailed breakdown of costs and shipping times per delivery region.
In any case, you will receive an email from us as soon as your order has left our warehouse and your favorite item is on its way to you.
For special orders/backorders, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.
Absolutely. Our concept store for female*led, sustainable brands is open every Wednesday - Saturday from 11am-6pm.
Simply select "Pick up in store" as the shipping method when you check out your order and no shipping costs will be charged. Please pick up your product within a week of your order or contact us if there is a delay. If you cannot make it during our regular opening hours and would like to come by on Monday, Tuesday or early in the morning instead, you can simply send us an email to KONTAKT(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG .
Yes =). Simply provide the address details of your Packstation when ordering.
You can easily shop in our online shop via MeinEinkauf.ch, with low shipping costs and, above all, without customs duties. The process is very simple:
- Simply register with MEINEINKAUF.CH and you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
- Using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can then create a customer account in our online shop and process your order.
- Important: Please only use the following address as shipping AND billing address: MeinEinkauf GmbH, Max-Stromeyer-Strasse 160, D-78467 Konstanz
- All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team is also kept informed of the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders" around 48 hours after receipt.
- You pay for the products you order directly in our shop. Together with the goods, you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch (you can find more information about meinEinkauf's fees HERE )
You are still not sure whether it is worth it? HERE you can find a calculation example of the costs incurred for shipments to Switzerland, which will give you a little idea. Of course, the exact costs always depend on the product, the value of the goods, the weight, etc. All of these costs are already covered in the MeinEinkauf fees and you no longer have to worry about the import yourself.
We generally ship to all countries. However, please note that shipping to countries outside the EU incurs higher shipping costs and additional customs fees may be charged upon import.
Don't panic, it might not have been delivered. We will contact you as soon as your package has arrived back with us and then look together for a possible error in the address details. Once everything has been clarified, we will send you the package again.
ATTENTION: If you have ordered through the Avocado Store , it is very important that you CONTACT US as we do not have your contact details.
If you have only ordered small products (e.g. jewelry or hairbands), you don't have to worry for now. Our small packages are sent via DHL Warenpost national - a service that only provides limited tracking information. For these shipments, only the posting and successful delivery are announced online. For all other DHL parcel shipments, a detailed shipment history is displayed. Usually, after you enter your zip code, you will receive even more information, e.g. which neighbor your package was left with.
Shipping within Germany usually takes no longer than 4 days (see above for additional shipping times). If your product has been on the way for more than 10 working days, PLEASE CONTACT US so that we can make an investigation request if necessary.
All shipments are handled by DHL/Deutsche Post. You can find the tracking for your shipment HERE .
Is it possible that you ordered part of the order during the backorder and we initially only sent you the products that we had in stock? If so, you already have an email from us in your inbox about this! If that is not the solution and you are actually missing something, we are very sorry! We will of course send you your missing product later. Just write us a short email to BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG .
exchange/return
Our return period is 30 days from receipt of the order. The decisive factor is the arrival of the shipment to you according to DHL shipment tracking. Please only send back unworn products. Clothing absorbs body odor very quickly and we cannot go to the trouble of washing returned products or selling clothing washed at home again. Trying it on is of course no problem and absolutely necessary ;)
No, we do not cover the return costs. We have consciously decided to
- not to increase product costs unnecessarily, as shipping costs borne by us would otherwise have to be included in the price calculation
- to keep our CO2 footprint as small as possible and not to create an incentive for mass orders, the majority of which are returned
At the same time, we are of course aware that it is difficult to find the right size and fit when shopping online! We have therefore implemented a size advice tool including detailed size charts to help you choose the right size. We also describe the fit and material properties in detail in our product descriptions and always try to photograph our clothing on different people so that you have plenty of options for comparison.
If you need to return a product because we made a mistake, for example the wrong product was sent or it is damaged, we will of course take care of the return. In this case, contact us for a return label at BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG .

Please send us an email to BESTELLUNG(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG and send a photo of the damaged product as it arrived. We will then send you a shipping label for the return shipment and immediately send a new product on its way - assuming we still have it in stock. If not, we will offer to cancel the order or reorder the product for you.
Yes, of course! Our concept store for female*led, sustainable brands is open every Wednesday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and we would be delighted if you came by in person. Please bring the completed return form with you anyway so that we can clearly identify your order afterwards. The refund will not be made on site, but will be processed online in the following 1-3 working days.
The refund will be made 1-3 working days after receipt of your return using the same method you used to pay for your original order. This means via credit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. If your account information has changed in the meantime or you no longer have access to an account, please inform us on the return form.
Oh, we're sorry! We must have simply forgotten that when packing your order. You can download our return form HERE
Yes, please! We want to avoid unnecessary packaging waste and shipping costs. However, please fill out a separate return form for each order and, if necessary, take a larger package if there is not enough space for the products in the original box.
If the Jyoti product you ordered does not fit you, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size. Simply indicate your exchange request on the return form and we will send you the new product free of charge.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. If you used a voucher for the returned purchase, we will issue you a new voucher when you refund the purchase and send you the code by email. We will use the email address you used to make the original order.
Since you paid for the product in another store and can only be refunded there, we unfortunately cannot accept returns purchased from another retailer.
However, if you only want to exchange the item for a new size, meaning you don't have to pay out any money, and the store where you bought the product no longer has it in stock, for example, you can contact us via ORDER(AT)JYOTI-FAIRWORKS.ORG and we will discuss whether and how we can help you!

Our return period is usually 30 days and we only accept unworn items. However, if you have an older (and perhaps once loved) Jyoti piece that no longer fits or is simply no longer worn, you can send it back to us and we will offer it for second-hand sale in our store as part of Jyoti Circular. If the piece is successfully sold, the profit will be split between you and us. You can find detailed information about Jyoti Circular HERE .
If your Jyoti piece arrives broken or shows defects disproportionately quickly, you can of course complain about it.
Simply send it to us as a return to our warehouse (Jyoti-Fair Works, Oderberger Straße 42, 10435 Berlin) and enclose a short, written explanation of the defect. It can also be very helpful if you contact us by E-MAIL or telephone before returning the item. This way we can advise you whether the problem can perhaps be easily solved or whether we or a tailor can easily repair the item of clothing at our expense.
pre-order
If we don't have a product in stock, but the fabric used is still available in our sewing workshops in India, we offer products for pre-order (aka backorder). So you order as usual, but you only receive an order confirmation from us. We send your order straight to India and you will receive your product a few weeks later.
- It doesn't get much more sustainable than this! Your pre-orders allow us to prevent any form of overproduction. This way we can ensure that every centimeter of fabric, every one of our products, actually finds a home instead of leading a sad existence as a "storage corpse".
- In recent years, some of our favorites from our collections have been sold out almost all the time because we couldn't produce as quickly as they were being bought. By pre-ordering, you can secure your desired product without having to constantly check our online shop to see if it's back in stock - and of course you can still return it as usual.
Depending on the production status, it can take up to 8 weeks for your pre-order to reach you. Of course, you can also return a pre-ordered product within the regular return period if it doesn't fit or you don't like it.
If you have ordered other (available) items with your pre-ordered product, we will send you an email and ask if we can wait to ship until the order is complete. You are also welcome to write your answer in the comments field when ordering, then we will save ourselves the extra communication :)
No. Even if we send you your order in two parts (see previous point), we will cover the additional shipping costs. If you want to return the pre-ordered product later, the normal return conditions apply.
Payment is made when you order the product. This means that you can shop as normal through our online shop, but the item will be shipped with a slight delay.
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before receiving the goods. You normally have a 30-day return period from delivery.
Of course, this shouldn't usually happen. If there are major incidents in production, materials become unusable or products are damaged during shipping, we will contact you regarding your pre-order and find an individual solution.
product care
Wash your Jyoti piece at a maximum of 30 degrees (wool and silk always cold), separate by color and use a liquid, lead-free detergent.
Never use a dryer, but let your Jyoti pieces dry gently in the air. Tip: Wool dries best when laid flat on the rack, this prevents the yarn from stretching.
All of our pieces can also be ironed without any problem.
Do you have a particularly nasty stain?
For coffee and red wine, it helps to apply some salt before washing; for greasy stains such as make-up, gall soap and baking powder help.
You can find more information and details on proper care in our CARE-GUIDE
First of all, you should know: Your piece of jewelry is made of brass or silver. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. The copper content causes your piece of jewelry to react when it comes into contact with air and moisture, it can become darker, and if you sweat a lot, it can also rub off. But don't worry - the discoloration is completely harmless, can be easily washed off the skin and removed from your piece of jewelry. Silver can also become a little darker and duller after wearing it for a while.
To make your piece of jewelry shine again - no matter what material it is made of - simply use a silver cleaning cloth, polish it and it will look like new again. You can find all further information on material care here .
Repair/Change
Check whether it is just the seam that is torn or the fabric. If it is just the seam, then you (or a tailor) can easily repair your piece. Turn the piece inside out, lay the open seam flat on top of each other and simply stitch over the open seam with the sewing machine (you can also sew by hand with a needle and thread). At the end, iron the seam flat again from the outside. You can find more information on our REPAIR PAGE
There are two ways to mend a hole, either as discreetly as possible by using a piece of fabric of the same color or you can add an accent to the spot by using a colored patch or embroidery. You can find out exactly how to do this on our REPAIR PAGE
Yes! You can (almost) always shorten your trousers. But because trousers can sometimes be too short, they have a double seam allowance in the trouser hem, so you can (have) your Jyoti trousers lengthened by a maximum of 5cm. Simply take them to a tailor of your choice or sit down at the sewing machine yourself. You can find out how to do this on our REPAIR PAGE
Because bodies are different and constantly change, our trousers have two special features. Firstly, the integrated drawstring, which allows you to tighten your trousers individually if they are a little too loose for you. And secondly, we have incorporated an extra wide seam allowance in the middle back of the waistband. This means that our trousers can be easily unpicked and made tighter or up to 4cm wider. Simply take them to a tailor of your choice or sit down at the sewing machine yourself. You can find out how to do this on our REPAIR PAGE
Jyoti-Circular/Reselling
In addition to our regular collections, we offer you Jyoti second-hand pieces as well as prototypes and items of clothing with small imperfections. This way, we give our products the longest possible life, instead of simply forgetting them in the depths of wardrobes or letting them lead a sad life in our warehouse due to small peculiarities. Since selling individual pieces online means a lot of effort that we cannot currently manage with our small team, we are only offering our Jyoti Circular pieces in our Jyoti Store at Oderberger Strasse 42 in Berlin until further notice. Here we have a separate browsing corner for all the out-of-the-ordinary treasures and we look forward to you stopping by!
So if you have an older (and perhaps once very loved) Jyoti piece that no longer fits or is simply no longer worn, you can send it back to us and we will offer it for second-hand sale in our store as part of Jyoti Circular. If the piece is successfully sold, the profit will be split between you and us. You can find detailed information about Jyoti Circular HERE
In 2020, over 100 billion items of clothing were produced worldwide - twice as many as in 2005. At the same time, the useful life of clothing has decreased by 40%. Textile waste is therefore one of the main reasons why the textile industry is the second largest polluter in the world - right after the oil industry.
Given the huge amounts of waste that the textile industry produces every year, we believe that it is no longer enough to ONLY produce fairly and ecologically sustainably. We are convinced that we need a circular system. But what does that mean? Circular fashion is the concept of designing, producing and sourcing fashion items with the intention of longevity and sustainability. Only pollutant-free, renewable, biodegradable and recyclable resources are used for production. Through good care, reuse, repair, resale and redesign, the products should be used for as long as possible and circulate between multiple users. When that is no longer possible, the products should be recycled by being processed into new products or composted to return to the biosphere in an environmentally friendly way.
If the piece is successfully sold, the profit will be split between you and us. You decide whether you want to get your 50% back from us or donate this amount to our JYOTI EV .
We will independently reduce the resale price of your product if it does not find a new owner immediately. Before your Jyoti Circular item runs the risk of being forgotten here, we will give it away to someone who would be happy to have it.
Jyoti Circular products are only sold in our store, where you can try them on in person. Like all sales in the store, they cannot be returned in the normal way. However, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a voucher within 14 days of your purchase.
concept store in Berlin
Our concept store for female*led, sustainable brands is open weekly Wednesday - Saturday from 11am-6pm.
The address of our Berlin store is: Oderberger Straße 42, 10435 Berlin. You can find us between Mauerpark and Kastanienallee or more precisely between ice cream from Hokey Pokey and waffles from kauf dich glücklich :)
We only have one shop ourselves - here in Berlin. In addition to our own store, selected Jyoti products are also available in several other shops in Berlin and many other cities in Germany and Europe - to touch and try on, completely analogue and near you. You can find a list of all shops with Jyoti products HERE .
Technically, we haven't found a completely clean solution for this yet, but we're making it possible somehow ;)! But you can definitely buy vouchers from us in the store - both for online and in-store purchases.
Absolutely. Our concept store for female*led, sustainable brands is open every Wednesday - Saturday from 11am-6pm.
Simply select "Pick up in store" as the shipping method when placing your order and no shipping costs will be charged. Please pick up your product within a week of placing your order or contact us if there is a delay. Even if you cannot make it during our regular opening hours and would like to come by on Monday, Tuesday or early in the morning instead, you can simply send us an E-MAIL .
Yes, of course! Our concept store for female*led, sustainable brands is open every Wednesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and we would be delighted if you came by in person. Please bring the completed return form with you anyway so that we can clearly identify your order afterwards. The refund will not be made on site, but will be processed online in the following 1-3 working days.
Unlike online purchases, products purchased in the store can be tried on, felt and thoroughly examined on site, so they are exempt from the right of return. However, we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product purchased in store for a voucher within 14 days.
Not really - the stock levels in our own online shop, in the Avocadostore and in our concept store in Berlin are all synchronized, which means that if the product is sold out on one platform, it is currently really gone.
BUT... it might still be worth stopping by, because in our Berlin store, in addition to the regular collection pieces, we also offer Jyoti second-hand pieces as well as prototypes and items of clothing with minor flaws. We sometimes have quite a lot of these unique pieces, and maybe there is one that is very similar to the product you want (and that no one else will have). So feel free to come by and have a look!
