Liability for content

As a service supplier, we are responsible for our own content on these sites according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG and the general laws. However, we as service supplier, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG are not obliged to monitor transmitted and saved external information, or to search for circumstances that point to illegal activity. Obligation to remove or block the use of information according to general laws are unaffected by this. Liability concerning this matter is only possible after the point of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon knowledge of infringement, we will remove such content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer includes links to external websites by third parties, whose content we do not influence. That is why we make no warranties for the external content. Responsible for the content of the linked pages are always the provider or operators. When we linked them, we surveyed the linked pages for possible infringements, and could not find any. A permanent control of content of external webpages without specific indication of infringements is not reasonable. Upon knowledge of infringement, we will remove such links immediately.

Privacy

In general, the use of the website is possible without giving personal data. If such data (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) is obtained on our website this happens, if possible, on a voluntary basis. Only permanent employees at Jyoti can access these data. They will not be passed on to third parties, unless we have obtained your explicit permission.
Data such as for example accessed pages, or names of the accessed file, date and time are saved on the server for statistical purposes, without being able to trace it back to a specific person.
We point out, that data transfer in the internet (e.g. communication via e-mail) can have security breaches. Complete protection of the data from third parties is not possible. Herewith we prohibit the use of contact data published within the bounds of the imprint obligation to send not explicitly requested advertisements and information. The operators of this website reserve the right to take legal action in case of sending unsolicited advertisements, such as through spam e-mails.

Newsletter

We use a so-called double-opt-in system for our newsletter, that means, we will only send you a newsletter once you explicitly confirmed that we should active the newsletter service. We will send you a confirmation e-mail and will ask you to confirm your subscription to the newsletter by clicking on the link in the e-mail. If, later on, you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can contract at any time, without incurring any costs other than the transmissions costs according to the basis rate. A written notice to the contact details under 1 (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient for that. Obviously, you can find a link to unsubscribe in every newsletter.

Use of Facebook-Plugins (Like-Button)

In our wegpages, plugins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are integrated. You can recognise these Facebook-plugins from their use of the Facebook logo or the “like”-button on our page. Through this, Facebook get the information, that you - with your IP-address – have visited our page. Use of Google Analytics

To be able to use the Google +1-button, you need a profile that is visible worldwide, public Google profile, that at the very least has to include the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can replace another name, that you have used to share contents through your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown your users who know your e-mail address, or who have other identifying information about you. Use of the recorded information: Other than the above-mentioned uses, the information provided by you is used on a regular basis according to Google’s privacy policy. Google may publish summarising statistics about the +1 activity of the users, or passes these on to users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers and other linked websites.

Use of Twitter

In our page, functions of the service Twitter are integrated. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
