Culotte Padma Blackberry

Calf-length culottes made of soft, two-tone woven cotton fabric. The trousers have side seam pockets and an integrated elastic band in the waistband.

The soft cotton fabric is handwoven in the small Indian hamlet Pochampally in the state of Telangana. Traditional Ikat fabrics are produced there, requiring refined weaving technique and precise dyeing skills that have been honed by generations of inherited knowledge, as well as a lot of talent and concentration. The wonderfully soft, and mostly patterned fabrics are made available to us by the Indian fashion label Translate , who are dedicated to the revival of the Ikat craft.
Finally, Padma is sewn in our workshop in Chittapur.

Care Instructions: Wash at 30°, not suitable for tumble drying

Fit: The trousers are cut calf-length, have wide legs and a medium-high waistband with an elastic band. Be sure to check your waist and hip measurements.
Material behavior: We do not use any elasthan (plastic) in our fabrics and work with traditionally woven goods, thus the material does not have any elasticity.
