COSTS OF A SUSTAINABLE VALUE CHAIN
Jyoti – Fair Works produces ecologically and socially sustainably, which means to us living wages along the whole supply chain, (mostly certified) organic fabrics, non-toxic dies and many additional services, that we as employers think of as non-questionable. All those decisions for fair trade cause costs. Costs which are steadily increasing – especially in the last years through the covid 19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, but also long term as a consequence of climate change driven catastrophes in the countries of our production.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT MODEL
At the same time we wish to make sustainable fashion accessible for as many people as possible and not offer it more expensive than necessary. That is why we decided to try out a flexible payment model in which those who can afford to pay more for a sustainable supply chain, have the option to choose a voluntary additional amount on top of the regular price.

OUR GOAL
We are convinced that a different economy – social and ecologically sustainable – is possible and can be successful and want to continue to contribute to a world in which people and nature are valued and appreciated. Together with you we can achieve this. Thank you for your valuable support!
