GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions and customer information (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Jyoti – Fair Works.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. The condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the ordering process is completed by submitting the order.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment order to PayPal.
3. Shipping costs and other costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the shipping costs under Shipping & Delivery. For orders outside the EU, additional costs may arise, such as import sales tax, customs duties or import taxes. We do not cover these costs.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return according to §§ 355, 356 BGB. This right is only excluded for goods that were manufactured according to the customer's special wishes. You can find more information under Refund.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
credit card (Stripe)
Our partner Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower Dublin 2, Co. Dublin, Ireland, VAT ID: IE 3206488LH) handles payment processing for us. We accept payments via credit card and instant bank transfer via Stripe. As soon as Stripe has confirmed the successful transaction, the goods will be dispatched.
Sofortüberweisung (Stripe)
Our partner Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower Dublin 2, Co. Dublin, Ireland, VAT ID: IE 3206488LH) handles payment processing for us. We accept payments via credit card and instant bank transfer via Stripe. As soon as Stripe has confirmed the successful transaction, the goods will be dispatched.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first and confirm the payment instruction to us (except for guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process. Once the amount has been received in our account, the goods will be sent.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
8. Storage of the contract text
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time.
9. Contract language
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
10. Miscellaneous
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, this does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract. The invalid provision will be replaced by the relevant statutory provision. All disputes arising from the contract are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
