Description

Elegant but relaxed tunic made from a fine hand-woven cotton fabric.The shirt has a button placket which does not go all the way down to the hem, but simply makes it easier to pull the tunic over your head. The shirt has a stand-up collar, inspired from Indian clothing-styles and cuffs. Additionally the sleeves can easily be folded up and fixed with a small button at the height of the lower arms.

Value chain

The nightblue cotton fabric is handmade from weavers of the family run business of Vankar Kantilal Samat. Traditionally manufactured on the loom, the fabric contains small irregularities, which make their contribution to its unique structure. Thus each meter of this valuable material has its very own character. Finally Tanu gets sewed in our workshop in Chittapur.
