Shorts Aakash Ocean

Aakash’s legs reach to the middle of your thigh and is characterized by its box pleat. It’s adjustable, hidden waist band, allows you to perfectly adapt these trousers to your waist. Aakash is made of a soft but stable organic cotton fabric.

The blue cotton fabric is handmade by the weavers of our GOTS certified partner Khaloom. Khaloom is situated in Bangalore and produces wonderful organic cotton fabrics made of recycled yarns. Traditionally manufactured on the loom and treated with a special finishing, the fabric becomes very soft, thus comfortable to wear and does not crease easily. Woven by hand the fabric contains small irregularities, which contribute to its unique structure. Thus, each meter of this valuable material has its very own look. Finally, Aakash is sewn in our workshop in Chittapur.

Fit: The shorts have an extra high waist that sits tightly. Make sure to check your waist measurement!
Material behavior: We do not use any elastic (plastic) in our fabrics and work with traditionally woven goods, thus the material does not have any elasticity.
