Skirt Rashmi Drops – M, XL

Rashmi is one of our absolute bestsellers, now made out of our most favorite Ikat-fabric. This cotton-fabric is made by the artisans of Pochamaplly, following a centuries old technique, transforming every skirt into a piece of art. Rashmi feels super light and soft and is more than comfy to wear.

The patterned cotton fabric is handmade by Translate, a small Indian fashion label based in Hyderabad, which champions local Ikat artisans. Translate’s mission is to revive this traditional craft, in order to create more awareness for this beautiful weaving technique. Finally, Rashmi is sewn in our workshop in Chittapur.

Color: Ikat weave: black base fabric with beige-white pattern
Material: 100% Cotton
Clasp: Zipper, 2 small metall hooks and a hidden waist band to vary the size
Design: Sight gathers that fall into a even waistband, providing Rashmi with an elegant look. Two side pockets and a hidden waistband to adapt to size.
Care Instructions: Wash at 30°, not suitable for tumble drying

Fit: Due to a hidden waist band, Rashmi can easily be adapted to your body. However, please make sure to compare your waist with our size chart
Material behavior: We do not use and elasthan (plastic) in our fabrics, thus the materials are less elastic. Nevertheless this one comes with a special weave which allows the fabric some flexibility and adapts very gently to your body shape.
