Dress Shanti Cream

It’s straight, elegant and timeless cut turns Shanti into something very special. Made of a soft, but heavy handwoven cotton fabric, Shanti feels like a tender hug, being the perfect fit for pretty much every occasion – we even imagine it to be a pretty perfect wedding dress.

The light cotton fabric is handmade by the weavers of our GOTS certified partner Khaloom. Khaloom is situated in Bangalore and produces wonderful organic cotton fabrics made of recycled yarns. Traditionally manufactured on the loom and treated with a special finishing, the fabric becomes very soft, thus comfortable to wear and does not crease easily. Woven by hand the fabric contains small irregularities, which contribute to its unique structure. Thus, each meter of this valuable material has its very own look. Finally, Shanti is sewn in our workshop in Chittapur.

Fit: Shanti has a very compfy and airy fit. It’s integrated belt helps you to fit it perfectly to your body
Material behavior: We do not use and elasthan (plastic) in our fabrics, thus the materials are less elastic. Nevertheless this one comes with a special weave which allows the fabric some flexibility and adapts very gently to your body shape.
