Oh and interesting to know is that the term "baby-alpaca" doesn’t refer to the wool of baby alpacas but describes the particularly warm and soft underhair of adult alpacas.

The main reason is that (until now) we couldn’t find any wool-knit-wear producers that matched our sustainability requirements.
